Our facilities are outstanding, not only do we have new buildings, we also have fantastic educational technology and our stunning school playing fields are set in English heritage land. As a parent of three children, I understand the importance of keeping students safe, allowing them to develop as individuals and encouraging them to follow their passions in life. We have high expectations of our students and we provide them with outstanding teaching to ensure they have all that they need to achieve their very best. There is no limit to what our students can achieve and no ceiling on what we can accomplish together.
As a Chiltern Learning Trust School, we are part of a family of high performing schools. The Trust provides us with the right level of challenge to ensure we maintain our position in the locality of being the school of choice for local families. The Trust leads on two regional Teaching School Hubs and have their own Initial Teacher Training provision, which places us at the heart of cutting edge educational developments. We believe in strong partnerships with parents, the local and wider community and of course other educational institutions.
Our staff are well-motivated and we have a governing body with a shared purpose as well as students who are warm, positive and engaging. Our first class philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in the importance of an ambitious, language rich curriculum that develops articulate learners. The first class quality of education we provide drives academic and personal excellence.
Our website will give you a brief insight into what the school has to offer, as well as showcasing various events and achievements; however, nothing can replace the real thing and we take pride in welcoming visitors to our school. Putteridge High is a thriving school. I am inspired by our students every day and I am in no doubt that Putteridge High School is a very special place supported by a remarkably talented group of staff within a vibrant and diverse community.
