At Putteridge the history department provides students with a broad and varied curriculum by teaching a knowledge rich history reflecting the diverse nature of our town.
Our history curriculum emphasises the importance of literacy by allowing students to engage with historical scholarship. We aim to develop enquiring minds, which builds ‘First CLASS’ citizens with skills that are useful for their future careers.
