Senior Trampolining Team - Well Done!

The Senior Trampolining Team won GOLD MEDALS at the Luton Schools Trampolining Competition!!!  They were extremely nervous and it was a very tense moment for teachers and pupils watching their peers and students perform.

Netball News

Year 9 and 10 girls badminton teams played Denbigh in a tournament on 2nd February . They played brilliantly and displayed a very high standard of play! Years 9s are through to counties and the year 10s narrowly missed out on this losing to Denbigh.

Congratulations to our Year 9 and Senior netball teams winning their games against Ashcroft last night. Both teams played very well, and they were extremely exciting games to watch.

Year 7 Putteridge Globetrotters

Our Year 7 Basketball team won their first ever game midweek 16-4 against Stockwood Park, who are renowned for being the best basketball school team in Luton. 

The team consisted of Harris, Oliver, Jayme, Reuben, Anthony, Mohamed, Shea, Colin, Nilay, Keon and Faiz.

Biffa - A huge thank you

Putteridge High School would like to say a massive thank you to Biffa Waste Management for their fundraising event on World Book Day, and for the impressive £70.00 they raised for our library. Staff at Biffa dressed as characters from different books whilst donating to our library fund.  Our students are very grateful, and excitied to make a start on the new books soon to be delivered.
