4th January 2021 - Covid-19 Update
Following on from the Prime Minister's announcement all schools in England have been asked to close as part of a national lockdown planned in response to a surge in COVID-19 and a new variant in the virus. Putteridge High will still welcome children of critical workers and those that fit the vulnerable criteria, as per my previous correspondence.
I would like to reassure you that our high quality remote learning offer will continue as planned, starting from tomorrow, Tuesday 5th January 2021. The news is not what we wanted to hear, but at the same time if this will help diminish the rise in this awful virus then needs must.
I will be in touch with a further message tomorrow, but wanted to respond to you quickly to reassure you that we will do all that we can to support your child both in terms of their well being and their academic studies going forward.
